1. Data controller

2. Data we process
Your name, pickup address, date and time, airport, flight time, number of passengers and suitcases, notes, and the phone number you message us from on WhatsApp.
3. Why we process it
To take your booking, assign a driver, keep you in contact with the driver, inform you about the price and handle customer service and legal obligations.
4. Sharing
Your data is shared only as needed to provide the service: with the driver performing your ride and, where required, with authorities. Bookings are handled via WhatsApp (Meta Platforms), so your data may be processed on its servers outside Türkiye. Address suggestions in the booking form are provided by the OpenStreetMap-based Photon service (komoot GmbH, Germany); only the text you type into the address field is sent to it.
5. Legal basis
Your data is collected electronically through our booking form and WhatsApp, based on the performance of a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c) and legal obligations (Art. 5/2-ç).
6. Your rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, and object. Write to info@taksiport.com.
