Official yellow taxis with commercial plates only, never private cars. We check the taxi licence and the driver's documents, and the car's compulsory traffic insurance covers passengers too.

The taxi is only for you. We pick you up at your door and drive straight to the airport, with no shared stops on the way.
- Backup car
If your driver is late or does not show, we send another car and you pay the same price.
- Card or cash, your choice
Every driver has a working card terminal. Cash is fine in lira, euros or dollars, at the amount written in your confirmation. The card fee is shown in the price, not added at the end.

Questions travellers ask
Is this a legal, licensed taxi?
Yes. Every car is an official Istanbul taxi with a commercial taxi plate. We check the taxi licence and the driver's documents before a driver can take bookings, and the car's compulsory traffic insurance covers passengers too.
Why a fixed price instead of the meter?
Because you know what you will pay before you get in. The amount is agreed in writing on WhatsApp, it does not change with traffic or the route the driver takes, and there is nothing to discuss at the airport.
What makes it safe?
The risk in an Istanbul taxi is the unknown: which driver, which route, which price. With a booking you know all three before pickup, the driver's name and plate are in your phone, and a backup car is sent if anything goes wrong.
Is this a shared shuttle?
No. The taxi is only for you and your group. We pick you up at your door and drive straight to the airport, with no other pickups on the way.
What if the driver does not come?
We send another car and you pay the same fixed price. Your driver's phone number is with you, and so is ours on WhatsApp.
Can I pay by card?
Yes, every driver has a working card terminal. Card payment adds a 11% card fee, which is already included in the card price you see when booking.
Can I pay in euros or dollars?
Yes. You can pay the driver in cash in euros or US dollars. The amount is worked out at booking with the day's exchange rate and written in your confirmation, so it does not change on the way. Card payments go through in Turkish lira.
How early should I book?
We recommend at least 15 minutes before pickup; the evening before is ideal. You can also book a sooner pickup, and we check who is available right now.
Are tolls included?
Yes. All bridge and highway tolls are included in the fixed price.
How many people and bags fit?
A standard taxi takes 4 passengers with 2–3 large suitcases. For 5–7 passengers, message us on WhatsApp; we arrange a larger vehicle and reply with a written price.
Can I cancel?
Yes, free of charge up to 2 hours before pickup. Just message us on WhatsApp.
